We carry out the following data processing activities relative to the operation of our Website:

  • Needs assessment for renting studios and rooms; and

  • Technical operation of the Website by using cookies.

How long will we process your personal data?

We will retain your personal data for the time period set out in Annex 1, unless for some reason (e.g. due to a dispute arises) it becomes necessary to process your personal data for a time period longer than that. In such case, we will inform you separately about the details of the further data processing.

Who has access to your personal data?

The personal data collected in the course of the operation of the Website shall be accessible only to the staff and data processors of the Foundation who are responsible for fulfilling the tasks related to the data processing activity.

In the course of operating the Website, BlazeArts Ltd. (postal address: 1096 Budapest, Thaly Kálmán utca 39.; e-mail address: info@forpsi.hu; website: https://www.forpsi.hu/) and the Website's developer act as our data processors.

  • Where our data processing is based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time for reasons relating to your own situation. If you exercise this right and we do not have compelling legitimate grounds for the data processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, we will stop the related processing operations (right to object).

  1. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information ("NAIH")

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the NAIH if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the applicable laws. The NAIH's investigation is free of charge and the detailed rules of the procedure are set out in Chapter VI of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right of Informational Self-Determination and on Freedom of Information.

  1. You may bring the case before a court

If you believe that the Foundation's data processing has infringed your rights, you may initiate a civil lawsuit against the Foundation, regardless of any complaint you may have submitted to the NAIH. As a general rule, the competence and jurisdiction of the court for such procedure are based on the place where the data controller is established but (at your choice) you may also bring the action before the court having competence and jurisdiction based on your place of residence or domicile.

Modifications

The Foundation may amend this privacy notice from time to time to ensure that it is in line with the legal obligations of the data controller and changes in data processing activities relating to your personal data. Significant changes to this privacy notice will be clearly indicated on our Website.

  • Needs assessment via the booking form on the Website;

  • Directly contacting the person interested in renting, based on the information provided in the booking form, and further assessing of their needs;

  • If you contact us via a contact method other than the booking form (e.g., via email or by phone), needs assessment via the relevant communication channel; and

  • Preparation of the contract for the rental of a studio or a room, and the related communication.

The legitimate interest of the Foundation [Article 6(1)(f) GDPR] – we have a legitimate interest in assessing the needs of those interested in the rental of studios and rooms , and in preparing the relevant contracts.

  • The personal data provided in the booking form, which are the following:

    • Name (required);

    • Company name;

    • your contact details (e-mail address and telephone number);

    • the event you want to book for (event, rehearsal or recording);

    • which premises you want to reserve;

    • proposed booking time;

    • whether you want to rent any instrument;

    • whether you want to rent other equipment;

    • whether you want to request a quote for a sound engineer; and

    • any other comments;

  • If the person interested in renting contacts us via our contact details published on our Website, any additional personal data you provide in such communication; and

  • The personal data you provide in any further communication.

We will process your personal data for the duration of our association and for 5 years after the termination of such association.

Technical operation of the Website using cookies

When you visit the Website, we place cookies in your browser that are necessary for the operation of the Website, to support the web session and to identify each user's web session.

The legitimate interest of the Foundation [Article 6(1)(f) GDPR]
